Review latest updates on:
- Matrix (range of services by financial institution)
- Marketing brochure
- Statement stuffer
- Referral card

Discuss/Approve Timeline:
- Feb 11—Roll out to social service organizations at monthly YCABC Meeting
- March, finalize marketing plan and promotional materials
- April, sign off by financial institutions
- May, publish and distribute promotional materials; promote the program and encourage opening accounts
- May and beyond—track program and make corrections/enhancements
